Reception Guide

The reception dashboard is your hub for managing stays, occupancy, and guest-facing operations.

Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • Occupancy Board — Today's arrivals, departures, and in-house guests
  • Recent Activity — Latest front-desk actions and housekeeping updates

Stay Lifecycle

Create a Stay

  1. Select a space (room) or bed
  2. Enter guest details
  3. Set check-in and check-out dates
  4. Submit — the stay is created in booked status

Check In

  1. Find the stay on the occupancy board
  2. Tap Check In
  3. The stay moves to checked-in status and the bed is marked occupied

Check Out

  1. Find the stay on the occupancy board
  2. Tap Check Out
  3. The stay moves to checked-out status
  4. Housekeeping tasks are automatically generated for the room

Stayover Work

For guests staying multiple nights, tap Generate Stayover Work to create freshen-up tasks.

Complete Reset

After check-out and cleaning, tap Complete Reset to mark the space as ready for the next guest.

Priority Flagging

Need a room turned around quickly for an early check-in? Flag the room as priority. It will appear highlighted in the housekeeping dispatch queue so cleaners know to prioritize it.

Lost & Found

View Items

See all reported lost & found items with details about where and when they were found.

Claim Items

When a guest claims an item, mark it as Claimed in the system. You can record who claimed it and when.
