Getting Started

Logging In

Navigate to your LodgeBeam instance URL. You will see a login screen where you can sign in with your email and password.

If you do not have credentials, contact your manager or organization administrator.

Your Home Page

After signing in, LodgeBeam routes you to the dashboard for your primary role. If you have multiple roles across different properties, you can switch between them using the property context switcher.

Switching Context

  • Property — Use the property selector to switch between properties you belong to
  • Language — Toggle between English and Czech using the language switcher
  • Account — Access your profile, change your password, or update your avatar

Understanding the Navigation

Navigation is role-based. You only see the sections and actions relevant to your role:

  • Housekeepers see their shift panel, assigned tasks, available work queue, and self-service reports
  • Reception sees the occupancy board, stay actions, and lost & found
  • Managers & Admins see the full operational control panel: occupancy, tasks, quality, configuration, reports
  • Owners see portfolio dashboards and quality insights
  • Org Admins see people and property management across their organization

First Steps by Role

Housekeeper

  1. Start a shift — select your section
  2. View your assigned tasks in the work queue
  3. Claim a task, start working, and complete it with evidence
  4. End your shift when done

Reception

  1. View the occupancy board for today's arrivals and departures
  2. Create stays, check guests in and out
  3. Priority-flag rooms for early check-in
  4. Manage lost & found items

Manager

  1. Review your dashboard for occupancy pressure, staffing, and quality
  2. Configure property setup (sections, spaces, beds)
  3. Set up task types, rules, and trigger automations
  4. Run quality reviews and access reports

Admin

Same as Manager, with full configuration access across the property.

Owner

  1. View portfolio-level reports
  2. Drill into single-property performance
  3. Review quality data across properties
  4. Access activity timeline reports

Org Admin

  1. Manage people across your organization
  2. View all organization properties
  3. Assign roles and manage access
