Admins have the same access as Managers, plus full system configuration capabilities. Use this guide as a supplement to the Manager Guide.

Capabilities

As an Admin, you can:

  • Dashboard — Same operational overview as Manager
  • People Management — Full CRUD, access control, offboarding
  • Property Setup — Complete hierarchy management (sections, spaces, beds)
  • Task Configuration — Task types, rules, standards, periodic tasks
  • Trigger Automation — Event types, trigger rules, trigger actions
  • Lost & Found — Full item and claim management
  • PMS Configuration — Room mappings and ingest runs
  • Property Options — Configure all option lists

Configuration Surface

Event Types

Define what events your property recognizes:

  • Check-out completed
  • Bed state changed
  • Manager action
  • System-triggered events

Trigger Rules

Build automation rules:

  • Choose an event type
  • Define conditions
  • Select timing (immediate, after a duration, at next local time)
  • Link to trigger actions

Trigger Actions

Define what happens when a trigger fires:

  • Create a task of a specific type
  • Assign to a role or specific person
  • Set priority level
  • Add default notes

Key Differences from Manager

Area Manager Admin
Quality Reviews Full access Not available
Configuration Standard Full
System Settings Read-only Read/write

Best Practices

  • Use event types and trigger rules to reduce manual task creation
  • Review automation output regularly to ensure rules are working as expected
  • Keep task types organized — archive unused types rather than deleting
