Platform Admin Guide

Platform Admins manage the top level of the LodgeBeam system: organizations.

Capabilities

As a Platform Admin, you can:

  • Create Organizations — Add new organizations to the platform
  • View existing organizations
  • Manage organization-level settings

Creating an Organization

  1. Go to the Organizations page
  2. Tap New Organization
  3. Enter the organization name and code
  4. Configure initial settings
  5. Submit — the organization is created and ready for property setup

What Platform Admin Cannot Do

Platform Admin access is intentionally narrow. Day-to-day operations are handled by Organization Admins, Managers, and other role-specific users within each organization.
